Universal Hotel Bikini - Cala Millor (Mallorca)

The hotel is situated in an excellent location near the beach and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The choice of food was quite limited and did not cater well for British tastes, disappointing given the hotel's pricing.

Units for kids mind. Excellent service and good value.

This top quality hotel was run by the extremely helpful and very amiable staff. The room was modest with very comfy beds and a beautiful decor. Incredible location to attractions like Happy Park, that was a walking distance from the venue.

The hotel offers a lovely pool area, spacious rooms with big terraces, and a fun atmosphere, especially for families. We really enjoyed the varied half-board buffet, super convenient with kids.

The food was super tasty, especially the fresh warm breads! 🌞 The staff was honestly lovely and attentive, but the bathroom could get cramped. Would still come back in a heartbeat!

While the room I stayed in was clean and had daily maid service, I experienced some noise disturbances from nearby entertainment, which impacted my sleep. The staff provided excellent customer service. I found the food selection becoming repetitive after a few days.

The staff were warm and cute, brightening our mornings with charming towel animals. Enjoyed the convenient location just steps from the beach. For future guests, remember to try speaking a bit of Spanish to connect better with the staff!

The hotel is chic and clean with cute rooms. The breakfast was organized with a good variety, with lovely fresh warm breads. The staff, especially Antonia at reception, were super friendly and helpful. The pool area was pleasant and never crowded.

It was just a proper fit for a transient stop in Cala Millor with very nice value for money. The beach was nice with beautiful clear water, perfect for a refreshing swim. Bring your own snacks if you're picky about food options.

The small pool area never felt overcrowded, great for a relaxing dip while enjoying the sun. The friendly staff, especially at the reception, were attentive and quick to resolve any issues, like retrieving locked keys from my suitcase. While the bean and mushroom soups were a hit, other soups lacked flavor and often felt watery. Some noise disturbances from nearby entertainment lingered into the evening, but the convenient beach access and spacious terrace offered a nice retreat despite these interruptions.
